GLR ODISHA GARNET PROCESSING UNIT
Our Unit I is located in the state of Odisha, where we, GLR Minerals, have a strategic tie-up with IREL INDIA LTD, a Government Entity in India, where we procure raw material (OSCOM Beach Garnet) from IREL, process it according to customer specifications, and export the finished product via IREL canalisation.
- OSCOM has three different grades of Garnet as below:
- GARNET “OR” COARSE (MESH 30-60)
- GARNET “OR” MEDIUM (MESH 80)
- GARNET “OR” ULTRAFINE (MESH 120)
GLR RAJASTHAN GARNET PROCESSING UNIT
Our Unit II is located in the Indian state of Rajasthan, where we mine, process, and export our own Garnet through the Canalisation process via IREL INDIA LTD.
We are the largest manufacturer of Garnet in Rajasthan and we can supply various sizes as below:
- Garnet Mesh 1-12
- Garnet Mesh 12-24
- Garnet Mesh 20-40
- Garnet Mesh 20-60
- Garnet Mesh 30-60
- Garnet Mesh 80

Delivery
Garnet & mineral products, packed in different packages, are dispatched from our units, monitored by our logistics team.

Machineries and Process Flow
Our Odisha and Rajasthan Processing Units are equipped with the finest and advanced machineries for Garnet processing which includes:
Spiral Washing Plants
where our Garnet is washed to remove the dust and to keep our Chloride level within limits
Vibrating Sizers
which helps us to size the different grades of our Garnet.
Dust Collectors
to remove the dust generated during the process.
Three Roll Magnet Separators
equipped with a Blower to remove foreign particles, Minerals other than Garnet and the fines before our Garnet is bagged.

We can supply our Garnet in 25kg bags, 50kg Bags and in 1 ton Jumbo bags.
